PLEASE NOTE:

Studio 204 is located inside the building of 3435 Cesar Chavez (between Valencia & Mission Streets).  The building sits right on the corner.  If you look up on the building, you'll see signage in very large letters with  the words "3435 ARMY".  DIrectly under that signage is the front entrance.  You must walk through the small parking lot, then around the printing store (on left)  to get to the front door. Look on the door panel (left of entrance) and buzz 031 and announce yourself.

The parking lot is for tenants who live there so if you are coming via car, please use street parking.
